To add the calendar to their calendar, the user can follow these steps:
Open their calendar application (e.g., Apple Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, etc.).
Click on the "File" menu and select "New Calendar Subscription."
Paste the public URL that you provided them into the "Calendar URL" field.
Enter a name for the calendar and customize any other settings as desired.
Click on "OK" to add the calendar to their schedule.
Congratulations !!! You will now be able to view and interact with the calendar from your own schedule application, without requiring the admins permission. The calendar is intended to be public for anyone to view all events on the calendar without requiring to return to the site to
